Getting Married in Hardeman County?

Rules for Obtaining a Marriage License:

• You must be 16 AND have Parental Consent
• You must be 18 WITHOUT Parental Consent
• You must wait 3 days after the application to wed, but the liscense is good for 30 days
  in the state of Texas.
  

You must have the following information with you when you apply for a Marriage License.
Both parties need to furnish their driver's liscense and social security cards.
Both parties need to be present.

You may apply for a marriage liscense at the Hardeman County & District Clerk's Office located at the Hardeman County Courthouse. For more information, call 940-663-2901.
